Filling forms
How do I open a form?
Tap "Open a PDF", or in Files, Mail or WhatsApp use Share ▸ Fillstep (Android: Open with ▸ Fillstep).
Where are my answers?
They save as you go. Open the document again and tap "Continue filling".
A scanned page shows "No questions found".
Scan the form itself in good light, flat and straight. Notes and letters aren't forms.
A blank on the form has no question.
Add it yourself: place text, a date, a tick, a cross or a signature anywhere on the page.
Privacy and your data
Can others see my documents?
No. Everything stays on your phone unless you share a PDF yourself.
How do I delete my data?
Delete My details in Settings ▸ My details ▸ Delete my details, and saved signatures in the signing screen ▸ Saved. Deleting the app removes everything Fillstep stored. If you signed in, delete the account in Settings ▸ Fillstep account ▸ Delete account.
Fillstep Pro
How do I cancel Pro?
iPhone: Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions. Android: Google Play ▸ Payments & subscriptions. Restore a purchase on a new phone with "Restore purchases" in Fillstep ▸ Settings ▸ Fillstep Pro.
Why does my shared PDF say Made with Fillstep?
PDFs shared from the free plan carry a small Made with Fillstep line on each page. Fillstep Pro removes it; the copy inside the app never has it.
I've used my free forms this month.
The count restarts on the first day of next month. Editing and re-sharing forms you already saved stays free in the meantime.
