A library of forms
All forms, In Progress and Finished in the sidebar, with search. Open a PDF, drop it on the window or paste it.
Scan with your iPhone
File, Import from iPhone or iPad uses Continuity Camera: the scan arrives on your Mac as a PDF and opens ready to fill.
Export your way
Save a flattened PDF or keep the fields editable, choose the text size, then save, share or print.
Private by design on the Mac
Fillstep for Mac asks for no permissions and has no access to the internet. It opens only the files you choose and saves only where you choose. The file you open is copied into Fillstep, so the original is never changed.
Tools on the Mac
Sign a PDF, PDF to Word, Erase text and Add a watermark are in the Tools menu and the sidebar. Custom stamps and exporting many forms as one PDF come with Pro.

Is this a real Mac app?
Yes. Fillstep for Mac is built for the Mac with SwiftUI and AppKit, with menus, keyboard shortcuts and windows, not an iPad app on a Mac.
Does buying Pro on my iPhone unlock the Mac?
Yes, with the same Apple Account.
Does the Mac sync with my iPhone?
No. Nothing is uploaded, so each device keeps its own forms. Move a PDF with AirDrop, Files or Mail.
